What is a Mastermind group?

The concept of Mastermind Groups was developed by Napoleon Hill. Hill himself was a successful businessman and one of the first self-help gurus, educating people about the power of intention and intuitive insight. Authoring a number of books, he is best known for his titles Think and Grow Rich (1937) and The Law of Success (1928).

A Mastermind is a group of people who are committed to consciously improving their lives and manifesting their dreams. These individuals each bring unique perspectives, resources, skills and contacts to the group. Most importantly, each one is committed to actively working towards their own goals and supporting the other members in achieving theirs.

The key to a successful Mastermind group is to make sure right from the beginning that the participants ‘get’ and care about one another. It is about creating a commitment to the process, one another, themselves and their goals.
